interesting how there seems to be a trend lately in movies about a woman who, like, makes a golem out of mashed potatoes or whatever, and he's still kinder and more fuckable than any human man she knows. wonder what that's all about..........................

I will jump all over any chance to have a contrarian movie opinion when critics and the box office both turn on something but I keep looking from the poster for Digger down to the movie showtimes then back to the poster then back to the movie showtimes and I just don't know if I have this one in me

Genuinely excited about this. My one big misgiving is that the original's great mix of one-offs and "mythology" episodes--unique at the time and a big part of the show's success--was made possible by 24-25 episode seasons. You could still do it with 13. I don't think you can with 8.
