In the same category as “a bad driver NEVER misses an exit” I hope they got the plate and they get their license revoked. But that doesn’t mean it will stop them from driving.

I think there hasn't been a bollard at the entrance on MI right before the bridge for a while. There used to be at least one. The turn in the trail is tight but if you're a real moron it looks like it's doable.
