Good example because nothing fails: both paths pass every test today. The cheapest fix I've found is having the AI write the module map first, one line per folder, and treating changes to it like schema changes. Features are cheap; boundaries aren't.

It's the perfect example of when you do the work and nothing bad happens - people who never understood the danger should appreciate that there were people who did - and did something about it. Unfortunately ignorance is bliss.

So often it's the smallest issues that create the biggest problems - having the ability to coordinate and collaborate in a way that keeps everyone on the same page is more challenging than a weekly standup meeting or shared software tools - it take human coordination, which is difficult.
