The language was tuned to maximum inbound “signal.” That’s what they do. It comes from the top. They’re a data harvester. A 21st century data broker. Their revisions and press statement close to midnight last night don’t resolve things.

This reads Meta/Facebook/Insta is looking to grant itself the rights to scrape websites across the open web - and train Meta's AI - if a company after Oct 30, 2026 uses Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or other Meta services.
