Strictly speaking the original club was simply called Bradford, the PA, was only used as a way of distinguishing from Bradford City, but was rarely used (as in the newspaper above). The existing club wasn’t formed until the 80’s, they’d been a couple of versions I think before that one!

Our last chance was Brendy in a nutshell... Lovely flicked pass allows us to break down the wing, with his high energy he broke past the Arsenal midfield to support the attack and got into the box. He gets there, end of a great move - and ran into an arsenal player without getting a shot away.
