I'm fine with this - They should just not be allowed to use any municipal rights-of-way (roads, sidewalks), air space, emergency services, sewers, water supply, gas/electricity (coordinated via muni ROWs). Any infringements should come with a big fine & jailtime.

We're in the In the tidy'ing up stage of a 1.8 MW rooftop. Placed these 16-lb ballast unit on the backside of the module. Very nice and clean straight lined racking system.
