As I was putting my socks on this morning because it was a little chilly in the house I had a sudden memory of my dad shuddering in horror whenever we kids would walk on the kitchen floor barefoot in winter "Bare feet, ack!" But sure, no one in this family was autistic until Sprout. Yep. Uh huh.
