I don’t fly as much as I used to but at every airport staffed by federal TSA agents, I have made it a point to look them in the eyes and say ‘thank you’ or ‘appreciate you’. I know it’s just words, but I want them to hear it from someone, even if just me. Sometimes I see the change in their face 🥺
