The sets were INCREDIBLE — my audience clapped for Derek Jarman’s design credit. All that midcentury monumental architecture!!! Everything so huge it filled the frame! And the nunnery did also remind me a lot of Marat/Sade with all the white tile and the opened and closed gates.
