The MOAB (Massive Ordnance Air Blast, AKA Mother of All Bombs) is just a very big conventional explosive. There's nothing it can do to Iran that other conventional bombs can't, except more collateral damage. Yet again, the White House's idea is to say something they think sounds cool, to no effect.
