He deserves no sympathy, but also being punitive and demanding he does anything is something none but the victim is entitled to. Knowing he's done it and seeing he admitted it is enough. He should have done it sooner and not after being outed, but that's another conversation.

Not trying to defend anyone, but we don't know how he's personally struggled with remorse and noone but maybe the victim need him to show shit.
