Yeah not gonna get too deep into it, but since people are sharing, I clung to Mass Effect all throughout my early twenties and it got me through the worst mental health crisis of my life. It helped me process a lot of very difficult things at a time where I felt utterly lost, inside and out.

Also, I trust people who use machine learning in ways that are actually useful (so, mostly research) to infer the nuance in the position of being blanket anti AI. If you can't, I'll have to assume you're part of the problem.

I've come to the conclusion it's fine to just be blanket anti-AI right now. We can have the nuanced discussions about local models, limited usage, etc. later. It's simply not possible to have those discussions right now. The current emergency is AI as fascist movement. We need to fight that.
