Show PostPersonally having C-PTSD, depression, and anxiety, plus knowing how the world is right now, I wanted to spend my evening learning instead of doom scrolling. So, I got Be There Certified. I learned a lot and I hope to be able to help better, if it's ever needed. Plus, it was free to do.
