Government & workplaces alike need to realise that even sometimes with minor reasonable adjustments in place for those that need them would get many people back into the workplace. The key 🗝️ is asking those people what they may need! Everyone is different!

We totally agree, many disabled people can and do thrive at work with the right support. Better awareness from employers about reasonable adjustments can make a real difference.

I'm already on it 😊 Might be worth you talking to the LE lead at the NSPA as well though. Some incredible voices in the influencer network. Quite a few of us have worked on strategy, policy, and research right up to government/national level. A resource you may want to tap into.
