(most of my family is sane, but one of my parents and one of my siblings went off the MAGA deep end years ago. Everything they think they know about the world they get from Fox opinion hosts. There is always a migrant caravan about to assault the border, there is always a war on Christmas, etc etc.)

Yeah, that ain't no shit! My retired parents just canceled a long planned road trip because diesel to pull their camper destroyed the budget. They have to wait for fuel prices to come down. But at least their MAGA asses know it was purely Trump that caused that.
