Thanks for the whole article! @emswami.bsky.social been killing it on social. As much as cool conferences are great, good social presence has far more impact. We should have like a social impact score, similar to journal impact factor. Altmetric might help with that

It is interesting in my private-ish practice world a meeting on flow would be prime time not 5am. But I think it speaks to why our PED can thrive 6 minutes drive from an academic one.

It is interesting that one RCT that showed a benefit to Albuterol dosed lower than the amounts often given now. But the whole point of RCTs is to compare like with like which individual level observation struggles badly with
