Affordability doesn't stand a chance. Health insurance conglomerates are gobbling up physician networks, hospitals, PBMs, data/IT platforms, etc. There's no chance of negotiating better deals when the market is this concentrated. (NYT www.nytimes.com/2026/09/02/b...)

Consumers shouldn't be forced to pay $500 for a prescription under their health insurance plan if the same drug is available for $100. To lower health care costs, we need price transparency.
