I worked with Daisy and Ben on adding the ability to see previously used Threads topics in the Buffer composer. We finished it within the week, despite working across three continents, with teammates based in Thailand, Australia, and Panama and up to 16 hours between us.

For almost a year, Sr Software Engineer @ Buffer, Arek Panek lived inside one of the most stubborn product mysteries at Buffer: posts getting “stuck in processing.” A tiny percentage of updates that were neither sent nor errored. Just stuck. This became his North Star, & he refused to let it go!
