Swimming at Lantic Bay on the south coast of Cornwall: a hazardous 40 minutes hike along a narrow/ steep cliff path. 10 minutes swimming and 40 minutes back. It feels good to get some exercise in after a lazy day in the saddle. 🥳 #ClergyWhoCycle
