If that is really the issue, either from a fairness or safety standpoint, then set rules about the size and strength of women who can compete with each other and apply them equally to all women. It doesn't have to be exclusionary. Just have different competition classes.

"But testosterone during puberty makes you big and strong and that's not fair." There are cis women who are naturally bigger and stronger than other cis women. We don't think it's unfair for them to compete with other women. So the issue isn't really size and strength, is it?

Statement: Effective immediately, we will no longer cooperate with the EHRC. We no longer recognise the EHRC as a human rights body. It is no longer independent, and we will not engage with them. We urge other orgs to do the same.
