That is an amazing paragraph. I love the bit where it says *he used AI* to summarise the slop (thereby creating, what, slopception?) and got no new ideas (having not used his own brain) and was terribly angry about that. The conclusion is about right. But… good grief.

It had SUCH an imprint on my brain. Truly rewired it. and made me even more anti war than growing up in the 80s with the nuclear threat did (tho when the wind blows also did a lot)

Of all the warnings that 2000AD gave me as a child, I believe the most useful one in my personal life was the warning against guys like this. Similar to the warning given by Labyrinth. It said, little girl, you meet a guy like this? You open the valve on his pressure suit.
