I enjoyed the first six episodes for its modern-day spin providing the troubling commentary on society, but yes, the entire show needed to be scarier. And it couldn’t become more evident during those last two episodes where it’s supposed to be the scariest with the prom and the aftermath, but…nope.

Hard agree. Just wrapped episode 6 last night and at this point, finishing the show feels like a chore. The bad dialogue, the unrealistic reactions, the corny PSA-style anti-bullying storyline. All feels a bit off.
