Just like Google Maps makes some restaurants more visible on its map unless you zoom in to the block level (ads), we are already seeing recommendations and decisions driven by the interests of the AI sponsors instead of human users. If an AI agent gets a reputation of wasting money, it’s over.

The reason they're willing to pay Tony here and other long-time employees so much is simple — customer satisfaction. The data show that companies that score high in employee satisfaction also score high in customer satisfaction.
