Deficit deadlift on 25 lb plates. My coach rec’d 25, but I might try 45 next. My gym’s 25 lb platform plates aren’t very thick. My deadlifts & squats really make me proud cuz I’m still very new to both. 225 & 245 (forgot my belt) are numbers I still remember hitting as old PRs. #BlackSkyFitness
