Charlie Kirk has been shot. I condemn this violence. Other Dems are lining up to condemn the shooting, as they should. Something the GOP didn’t bother to do when Dem law makers were assassinated earlier this year by a MAGA zealot. We continue to be the better people. But it’s exhausting.

Charlie Kirk was like a son to me. Many yrs ago, I helped him get @TPUSA started. We went our separate ways bcuz of Trump, and we went after each often on social media. My heart breaks for him & his family right now. We must ALL get off this dangerous road of political violence. PLEASE STOP THIS.

I oppose just about everything Charlie Kirk stands for but his shooting is reprehensible and should be condemned by every decent human being. I hope he pulls through. Gun violence is a threat to all of us. We all deserve better.

Nobody who likes Charlie Kirk is going to listen to that Charlie Kirk, and nobody who hates Charlie Kirk is going to listen to any Charlie Kirk. It’ll never happen. Our best hope is that he survives but with irreparable vocal cord damage.
