San Diego just got a month's worth of rain in a day. The 2.08 inches recorded Thursday is 0.10 of an inch more than the average for January (1.98). It blew away the previous record for Jan. 1, which was 0.94 of an inch in 1889. #sandiegoweather #CAwx

Mazzulla definitely enjoyed kicking the media’s ass in pickup yesterday, but the aggregators treating it like some humiliation are way off. Everyone had a blast. Media got a reminder of how hard basketball is, and Joe got a reminder that the reporters deeply love the game too.
