Only allowed to WFH one day a week and if I break that without cause I can get yelled at. Unless the office's net is broken then suddenly I'm a hybrid worker and am expected to go home to resume work i stead of just leaving for the day. Only get WFH when it's to the employer's benefit. Bit salty

if you think me not responding to you = me hating you i promise you that's not true. it's entirely me, my bpd, the hellish year that is 2026 and my insane anxiety over one on one chats this year that just will not cease I really don't know how to get over it either. it sucks. i've isolated myself

I post on here more than i chat with people in dms it's embarrassing. it's like i want people to still acknowledge and see me but i'm afraid to commit to dms because i'll eventually forget to reply, take way too long to reply and get anxious over it, etc etc. even though my friends always reassure
