Still in a huge crash. This afternoon was just lying down, not really awake or asleep. Haven’t crashed this hard in a long time. Still in the dark and quiet. Not up to lights yet. X Files is on but I’m only listening. Head very whooshy. More rest needed. I need company and head pats. lol

it's so not fair that I wake up from a nap feeling less good than before I fell asleep, but also I was too sleepy to not nap. my arms weren't hurting earlier! on the positive side, it was a short nap and not a reversed sleep one, i suppose. I'm very glad I'm not in reversed sleep tbh
