In a country as prosperous as Canada, I am appalled by this. We're walking back recognition that First Nations have a right to clean drinking water after years of boil-water advisories. First Nations have waited long enough. This bill should recognize the right, not erase it.

I commented on this earlier; story is now in the Guardian. This big furry ball of love ran towards a cop, who then "feared for his safety" and shot the pup dead.
