FYI...this isn't Tigray specific. Vulnerable communities deserve protection. Many transitioned here with the hope of a safer experience. Deplatforming, not just labeling, keeps them safe. We're used to no one caring about our corner of the world, but I'm hoping Bluesky will do better. Selam🙏🏿 -ZZ.

For community based advocacy from those with actual lived experiences...the Tigrayan women led advocacy initiative, Omna Tigray recently joined Bluesky and provide a host of knowledge in the Tigrigna language but also in English, making their website a valuable resource. @omnatigray.bsky.social
