the one benefit to them refusing to recognize irish dance as a sport (which cuts us off from a LOT of fundraising avenues) was that we didn't have to deal with this fucking shit for her to participate but here comes Florida two days before Nationals starts to make it a problem

this is 100% it for our family. my daughter is cis, and signing some papers isn't a big deal on its face, but us putting her in girls volleyball or whatever worth the chance that some creep in the stands now has the right to challenge her gender and I have to deal with the cost of satisfying him?
