It seems like an impossible problem to solve right now, the people that GenAI enables to "make" something are the same people that wouldn't take the time to learn the value of the craft, so, obviously, they don't understand the problem to begin with. (Also, your talk on saturday was amazing)

I've come to the conclusion it's fine to just be blanket anti-AI right now. We can have the nuanced discussions about local models, limited usage, etc. later. It's simply not possible to have those discussions right now. The current emergency is AI as fascist movement. We need to fight that.
