He's literally never been good, he's mostly not been bad either. He's just been kinda ok for his whole career, and somehow the manner and fashion of his being kinda ok is like catnip to a certain kind of hockey chap.

An incredibly anxious day for me. One of the Leafs I grew up watching and rooting for is in the wind. Watched this guy before he was in the NHL. When he led his team to the championship and won playoffs MVP. If we don't re-sign Pontus Holmberg I might lose my mind
