Great Expectations was designed to help people who grew up in foster care get their two-year degrees. And unlike many programs for former foster youth, there are no age limits.

The high school visits are the part I would protect first if a budget ever got squeezed. Most students make the largest financial decision of their life with nobody paid to be in the room before the choice is made. A coach showing up that early is rarer than it should be.
