Today's possibly deranged take: if you're a woman who dates men, navigate dates as if you were a recruiter interviewing someone for a job. Ask, "Tell me about a time a girlfriend acted irrationally." Have him plan a perfect date as a take-home assignment. Demand references from past partners.

How do you tell whether QA’s expertise is spreading through the team? I’d be interested in whether engineers start catching the same classes of bugs themselves, even when coverage and test run times haven’t changed much.
