To give one small practical example of what I mean - I was listening to a New Statesman podcast express horror and condemnation of the Zionism is Racism motion (fair enough, I'm also v unhappy). The NS hasn't had one single trans person write about transphobia since FWS last April.

'Word salad' is a series of words that can't be understood to mean anything. That post was simple to understand. So either you're expressing that you are functionally illiterate OR you're acting in bad faith to avoid addressing what he said. "A system is what it does" condemns Zionism pretty hard.

"Oh no the press are cross!" Good! I welcome their rage. I crave it, because it shows we're on the right track. Without it we'd still be on 5% in the polls. But they won't find us as pliant as Corbyn's Labour.

I agree with a lot here not least this - "If Lichtenstein should leave, that would be genuinely be a great loss both to GPEW and to Jewish Greens. She managed the JG group - an enormously argumentative bunch with a wide range of conflicting views on Zionism - with great wisdom and infinite patience"
