While I appreciate you giving a defense of the design, on this one you guys should listen to the community consensus. You don't let players explore the game until there is a timer over their head, so to actually enjoy the game you have to ignore what the narrative is telling you.

Bro this is so out of touch. The vast majority of people say there was not enough time with Jackie. Yet rest of game tries to force an emotional impact on us. A montage was not good enough And people love having different origin settings. It defines the rest of your playthrough
