I don't want to dwell on this, but I find a small comfort in knowing about the condition. A rapid-onset hyperacute attack means he didn't feel a thing, he wasn't in pain and didn't struggle, he was just there one minute and slipped away the next. From outside, it would look like he fainted.

OK so that's terrifying because I take medication for that and I came back from Japan with a nasty deep cough, but I'm also nowhere NEAR his physical conditioning and his death seemed incredibly sudden. So... fingers crossed forever I guess?🤞
