What breaks my heart about this whole anti-"no contact" panic is the parents don't seem to get that it can be good for THEM When I was 27, my mom crossed a line and I told her she was cut off for 3mos, after which we could see if the toxicity was gone After 3mos, she had grown, and she apologized!
