chinese tl policy in general is different because they favor "how things sound" and what's natural for the community a lot more than complete accuracy which is why you get stuff like "demon sealing needles (封魔针)" instead of "persuasion needles"
Show PostI think the chinese touhou wiki's policy on conflicting proper vs community translations is interesting, where (if I'm reading it right anyway) they basically say "both are fine" vs the english wiki's policy of "the wiki and community tl is separate" (e.g dream seal vs fantasy seal)
