The problem appears to be fixed in 110. It was a weird one. Claude (or whatever model) was getting inundated with system reminders that were driving it crazy. Here's my story: bsky.app/profile/jeff...

I mean codex. I use Claude Code daily for work. I seriously miss "plan mode", better understanding of how to use tools, inheriting env variables from the terminal etc... even OpenCode + gpt-5 (which is an open source agent compatible with multiple providers) is much much better than codex + gpt-5
