Can’t go wrong with Totoro! We are huge fans too. : ) We started Spirited Away at home a few weeks back, but he got too scared when the parents turned to pigs. He wanted to give it another chance after I told him about the muddy river spirit because he LOVES mud and slime.

It's great to see this game still generating critical discussion some 10 years later. It's flaws stand out more so probably thanks to the comparisons to the remakes. As someone deeply involved with the production, I can say a lot of the flaws were vividly present at the time, and roundly ignored.
