Change the question. Ask what support was provided. Ask what opportunity was offered. Then fix what’s missing. Low expectations show up as missed opportunities. Skills not taught. Access not given. Then those gaps get labeled as limitations. #inclusion #downsyndrome

Great advice from Nika: Start off small by planting flowers in your next-door neighbour’s garden, or participate in a shoreline cleanup in your community. People are constantly helping every day in their community. So don’t just stand there, get outside and help to support our environment. 🤍💛💚
