Please don’t be concerned about this list. I am safe and not in any danger, but having to explain and defend myself over and over is exhausting. You may think this was just a minor event, but to me, it was massive, and completely avoidable. I know I will survive this but it’s bloody hard.

I get triggered by music, sounds, smells, television shows and just living. I cannot attend a venue without checking and double checking floor plans for exits. Some days I disassociate so badly that I cannot move or even talk. But sure, the last year has been “just drama” and “nothing serious”.
