A productive day in the kitchen. Made a Spanish breakfast, then a big pot of pork, fennel & red wine ragu, to portion and put in the freezer. Then a cheese and potato pie - 3 types of cheese, new potatoes, leeks and scallions cooked in butter and white pepper, and some sourdough breadcrumbs on top.
