I don't evaluate this through the content of what's in your heart and if you're Good or Bad. The effort to exclude trans women's from women's sports i was conceived as (and is now being executed as) an entry point to erase them from public life altogether. You have to decide the rest for yourself

My question to you would be why is this a matter of national policy? How many trans athletes are there? 100 max? We are bringing the entire weight of the U.S. government for 100 athletes? It seems like a civic issue to me. It might just be a smoke screen for more devious intentions.

For about five years, people have made the category error of mistaking every transphobe in the country for a women's sports fan in waiting who just wants to make sure the competition is fair. I wonder how many of those people are in positions of power here. We will know shortly
