Just the refusal to listen to anyone trying to reason with him and tell him why what he's saying is horrible, just acting like everyone against him is some mean random out to get him, doubling down. Can't believe I was friends with such a person.

I tend to be pretty forgiving, I always like to give people a second chance, but it's obvious he isn't sorry at all and hasn't actually changed his stance or opinions in the slightest. They have absolutely no remose for the friends they've hurt. Just trying to pretend like nothing ever happened.
