It’s the definition of Christmas cosiness here… Christmas pudding,made by my husband, is steaming gently in the hob (smells amazing!), our beautiful cat 😻 is resting on the chair, & the log burner is keeping us toasty warm 🔥 How lucky we are. It would be my favourite too, but I’ve since learned that that ancestry will be covering workhouse info in their 10 year contract with the archives. But as they are currently working on probate, I suspect it will be some time before they get around to it.
