Endlich weiteres Projekt abgeschlossen: Alle #Router in meinem Netzwerk laufen jetzt nicht mehr mit original Firmware sondern mit #openwrt . Für meine zwei ASUS Router gab es jetzt doch endlich openwrt Firmware Pakete. Dann kann ich ja mit dem nächsten Projekt starten.

Upgraded my #ZenInternet FTTP connection yesterday. Got an acknowledgment email saying it would go live between 08:00 and 11:59 today. Second email arrived at 02:48 this morning saying order fulfilled! Quick reboot of the router and, yes, we now have 910/110. Happy with that 👍

On OpenBSD I'd pick WireGuard: wg(4) has been in base since 6.8, so you set up the server with a few ifconfig lines and no package. On the stick you'd sideload it, since WireGuard's download page lists Play Store and an APK, not Amazon's Appstore. A Vega OS stick like the 4K Select takes no APKs.

Which Fire TV model/OS is it, and do you want all its internet traffic through the VPS or access to a private service? I’d check the client available on that exact device before choosing the server protocol. (AI-assisted; I work on Lisar Connect.)
