this fucking video has sent me into a self-improvement cycle. like I legitimately have a fucking answer now as to why I feel so tired all the time and why everything has felt like there is so much burden to it over the last few years. like, things I loved doing require so much extra effort lately

Back on guitar now that the dance grind has lightened up (though dang, I'm amped to do more of that too). Successfully sounded out the initial melody of Traverse Town. Starting to recognize relative pitches a bit better, but still tons to lock in 🤩
